Our 2011 vintage begins with aromas of cherry cordial, dried flowers and cocoa dusted coffee beans. The palate is elegant and balanced with a hint of minerality up front followed by dark black fruits. It will continue to develop and soften over the years to come. A good cellaring wine with tight structured tannins. Best to decant for a few hours if enjoying immediately.
